Are you subscribing to NTMs?

The New Zealand Notices to Mariners (NTMs) are booklets produced fortnightly by LINZ that are the authority for correcting New Zealand nautical charts. These charts are listed in the New Zealand Chart Catalogue (NZ202).

New Zealand NTMs also:

  • Detail corrections to be made to authoritative nautical publications such as the NZ Nautical Almanac (NZ204);
  • Notify the publication, withdrawal or cancellation of New Zealand nautical charts and publications;
  • Notify changes to the NZMariner (LINZ Raster Navigation Chart folio);
  • Notify the publication, release or withdrawal of British Admiralty nautical publications covering the New Zealand area of charting responsibility, such as the New Zealand Pilot (NP51).

NZ NTMs are produced fortnightly and are available on the LINZ website in PDF format. You can also receive NZ Notices to Mariners via email - this link will take you to the sign-up page to receive Notices to Mariners via email.
